New shroud design that will enhance the connection of the TriggerGrip Cleaning Tool. Aerosols with Lot number that ends with 'N' (example. 24365N) indicate the cans with the new shroud.
As a result, it is now easier to connect the TriggerGrip.

MicroCare

MCC-TGADPTD is the newly designed TriggerGrip™ Reuseable Adapter. This adapter provides an easier and more secure connection to your MicroCare™ TriggerGrip PCB Cleaning Tool (MCC-ESD - Sold Separately). All Aerosol containers have a newly designed head. This new design is Not Compatible with the current TriggerGrip™ System without the use of the MCC-TGADPTD Adapter. Supplied FREE With Order (of Miser System and/or Aerosol Cans), When specified. Please see video below.


To Connect the TriggerGrip Unit -
1. Wear Safety Glasses.
2. Remove the plastic tab from the top of the Aerosol Can and ensure the TriggerGrip™ Adapter toggle switch is in the "Off" position.
3. Hold the Aerosol Can vertically and attach the front mounting pins of the adapter to the plastic shroud, pushing down to secure with a "Click" sound.
4. Confirm a snug fit by gently pulling up on the adapter and check that the toggle switch is still in the "Off" position.
5. Insert the Silver TriggerGrip Hose into the valve opening, pushing it tight while keeping your thumb under the black trigger.
6. Attach the longer section of the TriggerGrip™ Clip to the reuseable adatprer by inserting the pin on the right side, sliding down until engaged, then repeat on the left side.
7. Your benchtop cleaning system is ready. Switch the toggle switch to "On" for dispensing solvent. Remember to switch it to "Off" when not in use.

To Disconnect the TriggerGrip Unit -
1. Wear Safety Glasses.
2. Ensure the toggle switch is in the "Off" position.
3. Purge any remaining solvent by pressing the trigger on the triggergrip. Empty solvent into a MicroCare lint-free wipe and discard.
4. Squeeze both sides of the TriggerGrip clip to disengage from mounting holes. Slide the clip away.
5. Pull the silver TrigerGrip™ Hose from the valve opening and gently remove the TriggerGrip reuseable adapter from the Aerosol Can shroud.
6. Save the reuseable TriggerGrip Adapter for the next TriggerGrip connection.
